GENERAL INFORMATION

The “P. Ceccherelli” School 2026 will be hosted at the OROPA SANCTUARY (Oropa), a few kilometers from the city of Biella

How to reach us
By train:
The arrival station is Biella San Paolo. We recommend purchasing a single ticket on the Trenitalia website by entering "Oropa Santuario" as the destination: the system will already include the bus journey (Line 360 ATAP) which departs directly from the station square.
By plane:
From Turin Caselle: Take the shuttle/train to Torino Porta Susa station, then the train to Biella.
From Milan Malpensa: Take the Malpensa Express to Novara, then the train to Biella.
Bus to Oropa:
(Line 360) the bus to Oropa departs approximately every hour. The journey takes about 45 minutes. Please note: the last ride to reach the Sanctuary is usually around 19.00

Hotel Reservation
For the event, some single and double rooms have been reserved (deadline March 30). The reservation must be made by sending an email directly to the Oropa facility indicating in the subject “PHYTOCHEMISTRY SCHOOL 25-27 JUNE 2026”
